Bear Cave alum Vance VomBaur earned All-American honors for the second straight year at the 2025 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships, finishing 8th place in one of the toughest brackets in the country.

Vance’s back-to-back All-American performances solidify his place among the nation’s elite and continue the proud legacy of Bear Cave athletes succeeding at the highest levels of collegiate wrestling.

His incredible season was capped by an unforgettable moment — the opportunity to meet the President of the United States, a well-deserved honor for his hard work and accomplishments on and off the mat.
