Bear Cave Wrestling Return & Refund Policy

At Bear Cave Wrestling, we work hard to provide a professional training environment and quality merchandise for our members. Because our classes and programs require advance scheduling and commitment, and our merchandise is sold locally, all sales are considered final. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Classes, Camps, and Training Programs

In the event of cancellation before a session begins, we will issue a credit worth 100% of the paid value for future use.

Monetary refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason after the session has started, including missed practices or athlete withdrawal.

Credits may be applied to future classes, camps, or private lessons, subject to availability.
2. Apparel and Merchandise
All apparel and merchandise purchases — whether made online or in-store — are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of pickup, and we’ll make it right with an exchange or club credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for replacement.
3. Cancellations by Bear Cave Wrestling
In rare cases where Bear Cave Wrestling must cancel a class, camp, or event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as facility issues or coach emergencies), participants will receive a full credit toward a future program or event.
