Welcome to Bear Cave Wrestling! By accessing our website, registering for classes, purchasing products, or participating in any Bear Cave Wrestling activities, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or services.

1. General Overview

Bear Cave Wrestling operates as a private athletic training facility offering wrestling classes, camps, private lessons, and related merchandise. These Terms apply to all users of our website and services, including athletes, parents/guardians, and customers purchasing products.

2. Participation and Waiver

All athletes must have a completed and signed club waiver before participating in any practice, camp, or event.

  • Minors must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Participation without a signed waiver is not permitted under any circumstances.

  • By signing the waiver, participants acknowledge the physical nature of wrestling and agree to assume all associated risks.

3. Payments and Billing

  • Class registrations, camps, and product purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

  • Payment can be made online or through our in-person point-of-sale system at the club.

  • Prices, class times, and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. In-Store Pickup Policy

All online purchases are for in-store pickup only at the Bear Cave Wrestling facility.

  • Orders must be picked up during posted club hours.

  • We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time.

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility for classes, camps, or merchandise follows our Refund & Return Policy (see separate page).

  • Missed classes or practices are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, coach availability, or facility needs.

6. Conduct and Safety

Bear Cave Wrestling is committed to maintaining a positive and safe training environment.

  • Athletes and parents are expected to show respect toward coaches, teammates, and the facility.

  • Any conduct deemed unsafe or disrespectful may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, photos, videos, and written material — is owned by Bear Cave Wrestling and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bear Cave Wrestling and its staff are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during participation in practices, camps, or other club activities. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk, as outlined in the signed waiver.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
