About this Training:

Join Coach Will for a fun, high-energy Saturday training series designed for wrestlers who want to improve their skills, stay active, and have a great time. Each session includes quality instruction, drilling, games, and competitions in a positive, high-energy environment.

Whether you're balancing other sports or just looking for extra mat time, Weekend Warriors is the perfect way to keep your wrestling sharp this August.

Activities may include: Nerf, Dodgeball, Basketball, Soccer, Pickleball, Axe Throwing, Cornhole, and Gel Guns.

Who:

This training is open to wrestlers ages 8–12 who have completed at least one full year of wrestling experience. Athletes should be familiar with basic positions and rules of the sport. Instruction will be age-appropriate, and fun.

Proof of Insurance

Participation in Bear Cave camps and clinics requires proof of active medical insurance. Proof of insurance is required on the liability waiver and must be completed before the participant is allowed to take part in any camp or clinic activities.

Liability Waiver

After registering, you will receive an email containing our liability waiver. The waiver must be completed and returned by replying to that email with the signed document attached.

Participation is not permitted until the waiver has been received.

Equipment

This camp may require additional items. Refer to the packing list in the description.

Athletes should come dressed in workout clothes (shorts and a t-shirt are best; sweatpants are allowed but not recommended). Wrestling shoes are encouraged, but we have loaner pairs available if needed. Headgear is optional.

Location

This camp may include travel to and from event locations. Refer to the camp schedule & description.

Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation before the session begins, we will issue a credit worth 100% of paid value for future use. Monetary refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason after the session has started.
